What time are classes?

At our branch in Morumbi, São Paulo,S.P. Brazil: Classes run from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. At Companies, Hotels and Homes: Classes run from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Mondays through Sundays.

Is there any kind of on-line teaching or learning alone programs at NEXT ? 

No, we believe in the traditional teaching style, which requires a personal relationship among teachers and students. We understand that language labs, multimedia programs, songs, movies and books do help the learning process, but they must be considered as a complement not as a unique tool.

Where is NEXT located ? 

In Morumbi, São Paulo, S.P. Brazil, which is near the major districts and Shopping malls in São Paulo City approximately 20 KM ( 17 miles ) from Avenida Paulista.

Do I receive a Certificate at the end of the program ?

  Yes, Students receive a Certificate of Achievement at the end of the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Levels.

When can I enter NEXT ?

Any time of the year, since the programs are aimed at individual, or corporate needs.

How do I apply ?

  Fill out Student Application Form, make an appointment with the director or the coordinator for a placement exam and to discuss further details and sign the Administrative and Financial Rules. Decide on how long and how often classes are going to be then get prepared to begin in one or two weeks.

What is the Placement Test ? Is it paid?

  It is na examination which determines your correct entry level. The test is comprised of the following 5 sections: Speaking, Listening, Grammar, Reading and Writing. There are no fees for placement tests.

Is there any home-stay program or Airport Pick-up service?

  No, we don’t offer these services.

Can I truly learn English faster at NEXT ? 

Yes! We respect our students’needs and design the best course to suit their needs.

What’s the best class schedule? 

There is no best schedule. We, at NEXT, suggest to our clients the most suitable schedule to reach their goals. This means that a certain student should take classes twice a week ( for 90 minutes each ) and another should take classes four hours daily, for instance.

I am the Human Resources Manager for a large Corporation and my employees must learn English. What can you do for me ?

We have to understand your company’s needs, define which employees should receive a faster training program, the ones that should be in a light schedule and the ones who should be in a real immersion course.

I am an experienced teacher. Do I really have to attend a test and a Training Course?

Yes. Even if you are a native teacher, you have to follow all procedures to enroll our staff.

How long does the Teachers Training Course take?

It depends on the Teacher’s previous experience .

Where am I going to teach ?

We place teachers at their regions of interest.

Are classes indoors or outdoors ?

Both. We teach at our branch in Morumbi, Companies, Hotels, and Homes in São Paulo City.

How much do I get paid per hour ?

How long does the Teachers Test Take ?

About one hour and a half.

After enrolling NEXT’s staff, how often do I come to NEXT, since I live far away.

We ask our teachers to come as many times as necessary, so that we can supply our teachers and students needs promptly. Also, teachers are supposed to participate in all events they are invided to.

How does NEXT charge? Per page, line word or character?

We charge per lauda ( a page with a determined number of hits ).

Can I have the total cost estimate of my translation project for analisys ?
